while waiting for our hair to dry, rachelle and i decided to conference over the phone with darren. the chat lasted till 2 plus, which was pretty much a breakthrough for both of them i guess. haha. after which rachelle's eyelid were growing heavy, we hung up. (:

woke up rather early this morning. i can still remember the time, 8.58 am. (i have photographic memory!) washed up then went on to do my revision for history. the contractions in my stomach urged me to dig for food in the kitchen. after which i was wondering why the straits time papers were so thick and bulky. and there, dang dang dang dang! women's all time favourite..
great singapore sales!

mission impossibles (: besides having to finish revision for the syllabus taught for the past one half years, these are the (temporal) programmes in line for me next week!

world cup world cup world cup world cup world cup world cup! i took my psle in the year whereby world cup was held in korea. my dad happened to be in korea during the world cup season so he bought 2 soccer balls and some magnets back; and i still have them! i still remembered a match played between senegal and france. i was betting with all my guts that france would win the match, but.. senegal scored the first goal. i thought they would make a comeback, but they didn't. senegal scored again. the match ended. anw i wanna ask something. what's offside? haha.

taylor hick's the american idol!
the day before i dreamt that no one turned up for gwen's party! nevertheless, there were quite a number that turned up. let's name them all! fidelis janice rachelle sy jessie marcus audrey joshua natalie darren terrence malcolm jon ryan ben carina ilena nikki. i think that's all luh huh. anw gwen got this $72 godiva chocolate from terrence, darren and ben; $40 tiramisu from ilena, jaclyn and sam, all american rejects & the click five cd from ryan, et cetera. walao!

janice, jessie, rachelle audrey, gwen and i jumped into the pool in shorts and shirt. haha we almost drowned laughing and swimming! somebody thought of synchronized swimming so we decided to be creative; we created our very own synchronized moves! i don't know why, but we were laughing throughout in the pool for no apparent reason. haha girls laugh at anything and everything!

taught audrey, gwen, joshua, rachelle and ilena how to play asshole daidee and joshua was the asshole! i was the president and vice for a few turns before my luck turned for the worst and i became the asshole. (__) played the simplest version of mahjong cos almost everyone there weren't familiar with the game. taught jon how to play mahjong! haha and he went like, i must beat the person who taught me mahjong! haha cannot make it la. anyhow everyone's addicted to mahjong now; except for rachelle. she can't sit still and let me teach her!

our class guys are damn quite happening. they bought this $37 whisky from somewhere and started mixing it with all sort of drinks (f&n grape) except coke. then i introduced them to whisky and coke. hah and they claimed it tasted like coke when i add like how much whisky? then there was half the bottle left, and i later found out they were burning it near the swimming pool! okay it was quite cool luh. darren took a video of it. oh oh oh then there was this one whereby they lit the bottle and it was so damn nice, but no one caught it on their cam. haha. i think we're all growing up. last time we celebrate birthdays with party poppers, now we celebrate with drinks. sooner or later we'll become alcoholics. so next time what, burn houses?

the day somewhat ended like that with lotsa laughters and emotions. (: i've got all my fun for the week. now it's time to get back to the basics - books.

sometimes i think back and wonder if all i did was worth it. then as i contemplate further, i put myself in their shoes. come to think of it, it doesn't really matter after all. my self-worth doesn't lie in other's perspective.

meet the parents session. miss lee put in rather good words for me. in general, im not problematic (not like what some other teacher label me as). received my report book. hah my class position and level position was 11/38 and 122/223 despite my unfavourable results. my results are mediocre, as miss lee put it. she said i need more practice for amath (to get a b3) cos math's the only thing i can do on earth. im aiming for a 1 for math and science though. hah it's okay, i shall mug hard for prelims. get at least a 2 for math and science, then half it during o's. alrights, i better get going now. gotta get some chemistry and chinese done before going out. EVERYONE, please pray for at least an A so i don have to re-take it at the end of the year. thankyouuuuu! <3

woah, it's exactly 12 hours since i last blogged. anw, i just came back not too long ago from town and esplanade! :D it was supposed to be a badminton outing but sadly only nicole, fenny, david, his friend zijie, another random guy and i turned up. the random guy dampened my whole mood la, but thank God zijie's presence lifted my mood up like whatever! haha. caught mi3 and wth, TOM CRUISE HOW HAWWTT! i was lusting over him throughout the whole movie. i was smiling to myself all the way pleaseee! if no one is as hot as him, no way am i gonna get married man. oh, my heart throb! diastole, systole. lub dub lub dub lub dub!

met up with mingyiu and nicholas after fenny and the rest left. it's been years since i last caught up with them. i feel bad for making mingyiu pay for the banana split at haggen daaz. but anw we shared it, so i contributed by lightening his load. haha. that ass claimed no man will want me just becos i kept dropping the banana on the table. lol. still, they're the same as before. nick's still as quiet, mingyiu's forever shaking and scratching. just that he's much more well-built now, cos he's in the acsbarker waterpolo team?

another fruitful day. got to know another random person, zijie! think he's the lower sec soccer captain, but i've never seen him before in my entire life in fmss. haha. he's entertaining though, so it doesn't really matter! heh i realised im hanging out a lot with people younger than me. die la die la. nvm, tmr's gonna be fun as well. some gathering at gwen's house. im definitely gonna have my fill of fun! :D

played floorball for pe and it was so fun! 2 other sec one joined us, namely sherlyn and lovelle! lovelle's my contact, but she's already committed to a church. sherlyn's really good at floorball! had a VERY hard time attacking her. it was like a cat and mouse game okay! whatsmore, she's from track, and later on i found out she had a hockey history. eh, not bad okay, i managed to tackle her. haha. june, geraldine, rachelle and i were in a team against marcus, janice, jane, lovelle and sherlyn. we were outnumbered, nevertheless, we emerged as the winner! thanks to our professional striker june! haha. floorball's so damn fun! i wanna join floorball in jc! which jc offers floorball huh?

cip at bethany's was a fun and fruitful trip afterall. we were supposed to put up a performance for the fogies there, but apparently it failed. it was so embarassing okay! there's like 2 student from other school, and several other fogies stoning at you. they are either too weak to clap, if not, our presence simply irks them. oh well, then it was interaction with the old folks. i went around conversing with those who speak hokkien or chinese. i went to this hokkien ah ma and she kept repeating herself! i had such a hard time figuring out what she was trying to say cos she got no teeth. but it's alright, she said all of us are very pretty! i just nod in agreement and said kam xia all the way. hee. then there was this middle-aged woman who speaks chinese. she probably had some mental retardation or something. she speaks with a few pauses here and there. i really feel for her. i asked her how life was here, and she said she doesn't like it there and that she misses her home. i tried encouraging her, but to no avail. :( she was so close to tears i just walked away. i mean, if i were to put myself in her shoes, i wouldn't enjoy it either. there was another grandma who couldn't speak at all. the nurse told us that she had gotten into an accident and ended up like that. she could only look at you and smile. i don't know, but i started imagining myself when i grow old. rah, it's so scary to be feeble and weak. your movements become restricted, your hair turn grey and your skin starts to sag. ): i don't want to grow old..

later on i met this lady who came to visit her 85 year old aunty! had a hearty chat with her (in chinese) and found out she was from trinity christian centre! she WAS a devout buddhist. she told us that she even knew the chants. one day, her colleague invited her to a church service. she held on to the buddha tablet and told herself that nothing can change her decision in being a buddhist. nevertheless, when she went to the christmas service, she could not help but received Christ into her heart! she said the power of God was so strong she immediately surrendered. :D omg, when i heard this, i was really really marvelled. i mean, it's like a 'live' testimony? i shared to her about my life story, and me being the only christian in the family. she asked if my family approved of my faith. i told her initially they objected, but after seeing the change in me, they leave the decision to me. and she agreed that life transformation is the best way for others to receive salvation. she shared many other things which really made sense and inspired me a lot. it's exactly what i needed to hear and what i need. i thank God i didn't miss this trip, if not i wouldn't have met her. (: took this chance and got to know my juniors' more secrets!. i really love my juniors okay! haha, they're so cute! especially nicol and samuel. they would make wonderful kids. tall and not-bad looking, but most importantly they're smart. triple science students, attend church regularly, and so pure and innocent. too bad nicol has bad taste in choosing gf. haha. he looks like harry potter but he chose a.. errr.. ... girl as his gf. i will definitely miss them most when i graduate. they are so fun to be with! fenny wijaya, jerene heng, nicol, sallyyyyy, the gay sec 2 kids and everyone else! everyone please study hard and go whichever jc im going okay!

it's damn late already. gotta get some studying done before i really flunk my chinese.

yesterday
1) couldn't stand the torment at grandma's house, so i scurried for safety to clara's house. watched 'when a stranger calls' halfway then clara's weak heart couldn't take her any further, she forced me to change to mi3. i didn't watch though. im saving it for the cinemas. it's tom cruise! i can get a better view of him there. :D

2) did a bit of chinese, cos i want to stick to my study plan. i don't want miserable results for the coming exam, which will be in 7 days. her dog scratched my beautiful feet! anw, went to her room and found her lingerie lying on the chair. lol! explored her possessions and i borrowed her 'cross' cd! ate spaghetti and then it's a long, lonely and cold bus journey home.

today
1) i sent two smses to two specific people regarding the same issue. i don't know if it was a lil nasty, but i guess it something did work out, and i thank God that one of them replied. im hoping the other will reply as well, cos as long as you have the will, i am willing to help no matter how much it will take. and.. clarissa wee yi ning! i doubt you will read this. but i wanna thank you for trusting me and respecting me so much! i see how you went through so much but you held back your anger. wanna tell you that i'll be there for you when you need me! let's build this friendship strong and i hope you'll be able to attend service and cg regularly soon. (:

2) i decided to pen down my daily thoughts and happenings in a notebook! and i pray that i'll be faithful with it. i started this many times, but apparently all failed and turned into some rough paper.
